So far, the only confirmed tenant for the $6 million first stage of the project is First Choice liquor – 1250 sqm of alcohol.

Aldi also announced an Ellenbrook store on Pinaster Parade, which will likely be in the bulky goods precinct, but the supermarket giant is yet to confirm its tenancy there.

Builders Pindan have already broken ground on the site, poured the slab and the tilt-up walls are expected to go up this week. The first stage of the project includes more than 4000sq m of retail space, while the second stage adds an additional 2700 sqm.

However, this will not be complete for up to two years.
