At the October 20 special council meeting, Ian (Sam) Collard became deputy president, having been re-elected on October 17 along with Jan Court.
The Shire council has three new faces – John Elgin, Wayne Fewster and Frank Peczka – who were also sworn in at last week’s meeting.
