Pensioners Social Group Gingin to commemorate 100th anniversary of the Third Battle of Ypres on Anzac Day

THE Pensioners Social Group Gingin will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Third Battle of Ypres with a walk of reflection, dawn service and gunfire breakfast in Gingin on April 25.

The community is invited to assemble at the Gingin Craft Rooms, opposite the police station at 5.50am, with the walk of reflection starting at 6am.

The dawn service and gunfire breakfast, which is being cooked and provided by the Pensioner Social Group Gingin, will commence following the walk, with a gold coin donation welcome.
