AN investigation is underway after a man died from an electric shock on a property outside Perth.
The 50-year-old was found unresponsive near an outdoor spa pool at his home in The Vines.
Emergency services and Western Power also responded to the incident, which happened at approximately 6.30pm on Monday.

READ NOWA spokeswoman for the state government said electrical safety inspectors from Building and Energy were investigating.
“The man was found unresponsive near an outdoor spa pool,” she said.
“He appears to have sustained an electric shock after coming into contact with an electrified component of the spa’s heating and pumping equipment.
“Building and Energy inspectors attended the home last night and returned to the site today.
“The power supply to the spa has been disconnected. The comprehensive investigation into the cause of the electric shock will continue over coming weeks.”
