The fire broke out about 4.45pm in bushland at the corner of Charlottes Vista and Moulton Trail.

It took firefighters about an hour to contain it.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire and inquiries are ongoing.

The blaze was reported to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services just before 2pm.

DFES issued a bushfire advice for the area in and around Camargue Drive and Cathedral Avenue, which warned the fire was under control but not contained.
