Lisa ThomasThe Advocate

BELLS Rapids in the Swan River is flowing again after recent heavy rainfall.

Ellenbrook resident Lee Abbott took photos with his drone of the river following the rainfall and said he could not believe the difference.

“I was there only two days before the drone photos and there was no water flow, just a large puddle of stagnant water,” he said.
