The development, on the corner of Lennard Street and Great Northern Highway, is due for completion in February next year. It will have eight shops and the company website said it was designed to capitalise on the Swan Valley tourism market.
A draft development plan for the Swan Valley recommends an area 500m north of this development to become the ‘town centre’ of the Swan Valley.
