Swan Valley Visitor Centre named finalist at 2017 WA Tourism Awards

THE Swan Valley Visitor Centre (SVVC) has been announced as a finalist in the 2017 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards.

City of Swan Mayor Mick Wainwright said the nomination demonstrates the centres value as one of Australia’s leading visitor centres for visitors and locals alike.

“The SVVC was awarded gold in the WA Tourism Awards in 2009-2011, inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012 and awarded silver at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards in 2012,” she said

“The last few years has seen the SVVC secure China Read Accreditation and continue adding value to its service and innovation.

“To once again be a finalist for such a prestigious industry award motivates us to keep setting the bench mark in visitor servicing, nationally.”

The winners will be announced on November 11 at Crown Perth.
