SWAN Valley’s Donna Reader is all set for a carriage driving competition this weekend.
She will compete in the ‘Horse of the Year’ and ‘Off the Track’ categories at the Perth Horse and Pony Club in Osborne Park on Saturday.
Fellow Swan Valley resident Jenny Neilson has entered the Newcomers Award, which was won by Bullsbrook’s Natalie Morris last year.
Refreshments and a sausage sizzle will be available and spectators are welcome from 12.30pm.

On the Sunday, the WA Harness Society will host the Australian Carriage Driving Society WA State championships at the same venue.
Competition starts at 9.30am.
