Kingsford estate offers bigger-than-average blocks

Staff writerThe Advocate

BUYERS have an opportunity to snap up a large residential block at a new development near the Swan Valley.

Properties at Kingsford estate in Bullsbrook, under development by Okeland, range from 450sqm to 920sqm and are priced from $159,000 to $295,000.

“Urban infill certainly has its place in Perth’s future, but a subdivided block isn’t for everyone,” Okeland managing director Adam Shephard said.

“There are many families searching for a bigger-than-average block to build on, with room for that boat, caravan or workshop, as well as a generous backyard that the kids will love.”

Mr Shephard said the aim at Kingsford was to create a vibrant community where health and wellbeing were a priority.

“This encompasses everything from making sure residents feel connected and safe, to embracing nature in the form of parks and public open space.”

Delivering a new town centre, new primary school, views of the Darling Scarp and 41ha of retained public open space, Kingsford will ultimately be home to more than 7000 residents.

A temporary sales suite in the Ethel Warren Bullsbrook Community Centre is open by appointment during the week and from 2pm-5pm on weekends.
