Football: Bullsbrook coach blames second half fade-out for loss to Gidgegannup

THE Bullsbrook Saints Football Club hopes to come out on top this weekend against Pickering Brook after a big loss against Gidgegannup on Sunday.

The team played well in the first half, but struggled to maintain the momentum in the second half, losing 6.6 (42) to 24.11 (155).

Coach Ray Marsh said many of the younger players were struggling to maintain their game for the whole four quarters.

“We started off really well in the first half, but got blown away in the second,” he said.

“Going into this week, we really need to play each four quarters to do well.”
