The first two quarters were fairly even, with both sides going goal for goal up to the major break.
A stirring address by coach Justin Wood helped the team to focus and this showed with immediate results on the scoreboard.
The 42-point win has cemented the team in third place on the ladder leading into next week’s home game against fifth-placed Piara Waters.

Third grade beat Swan Valley by 67 points and the colts played exceptional football, downing the Cobras by 70 points.
The club as a whole is travelling exceptionally well both on and off the field and offers players of all abilities the chance to play football.
This has also now included the introduction of a women’s team, who played their first game on Sunday.
“Continuous growth and climbing the grades is our focus” club president Andrew Coxall said.
“We are now a six-team club, which is a credit to all who are involved.”
