Josh Hill could play more defensive role for West Coast admits coach Simpson

COULD West Coast Eagles fans see more of regular forward Josh Hill in defence as their team tries to climb back up the AFL ladder?

The Eagles were partly forced to use the 150-gamer down back against Adelaide on Saturday night when defender Sam Butler injured a groin moments before the opening bounce.

“We had to help our backs early on in particular,” coach Adam Simpson said after the defeat when asked about Hill’s role.

“It was just moving too quickly.
