Tibbles was presented with the award at the WA golf industry awards night at Crown Perth.
‘It is a great honour to have won this award for the third time in four years,’ he said.
‘To be recognised by my peers is humbling and special. For the future, I would like to expand on the work I do with children, in particular children with special needs.’
