Motocross MX Nationals headed to Wanneroo

LOCAL motocross riders will have the chance to race on the national stage next month.

Round five of the MX Nationals will hit AJS Motorcycle Club on May 28 and 29, featuring the MX1 – 450 Pro Championship and MX2 – 250 Pro Championships, with support from the C grade lites, which is open to WA riders.

The weekend will include two 30-minute free practice sessions for each class from 1pm-3pm on the Saturday.

There will also be a pit party from 3pm-5pm with an informal meet and greet with the riders and teams and NRGTV will be broadcasting its pre-event show.

Round five is the final event before the mid-season break.

Tickets for the May 28 practice session are $10, while the main event from 7.30am on May 29 is $30 for adults, $20 for children aged 5-15 or $70 for a family (two adults and two children).

Main event tickets include free entry to Saturday’s practice.
