East Perth are in fourth place after a 10-point win over Claremont.

The Royals won 10.10 (70) to 8.12 (60), with Brendan Lee and Kane Lucas both tallying 31 disposals for the winners.

South Fremantle face a difficult challenge to play finals this year.

The Bulldogs fell to Peel Thunder 14.13 (97) to 11.1 (67) at Fremantle Oval on Saturday to be a game and percentage outside the top five and with a bye this week.
