Justin BianchiniThe Advocate

WAFL ladder leader Swan Districts is treating its match against West Perth this Saturday as its biggest test of the season.

The unbeaten Swans are coming off wins against East Fremantle and East Perth either side of a bye.

Coach Greg Harding said a few players were below their best against the Sharks at East Fremantle Oval on Saturday.

“So it’s good to know we have some improvement in us,” he said.

“No disrespect to our last two opponents, but I reckon our last two hit-outs have not been up to the standard we set against the Bulldogs (in round 2).

“This game against West Perth will be our biggest test of the year. They comfortably accounted for Peel last week and they are always very tough at Arena Joondalup.

“They have quality everywhere you look with the likes of van Berlo, Black, Nelson, Stryjk and Nelson and it will take our absolute best to get the job done.”
