Business association golf event a hit

Eighteen teams joined at Lakelands Country Club in Gnangara for a barbecue lunch, golf, wine tasting and other competitions, followed by a buffet dinner and awards presentation. The Freshwater Filtration Systems team took home the winner’s trophy and a night stay at Sorrento Beach Resort.

City of Wanneroo team 1 came in second and PSS Group Pty Ltd with third place.

Association executive officer Bev Letton said prizes for hole-in-one included a motorised golf cart and mobile phone, but neither was won.
