Lord Kent Master Butchers is a joint venture between long-time master butcher Malcolm Lord and Paddy Malone’s owner Sean Kent.

As well as serving the public, the butchery supplies Mr Kent’s Irish pubs in Joondalup and Alexander Heights and its chefs advise on specialist meat lines including marinades, sauces and family pies.

Mr Kent said the public was pleased to see a butcher back in the fresh food court after an absence of about 12 months.

Shoppers appreciated being able to buy ready-to-go meals and other speciality lines such as homemade wagyu beef burgers and natural skin sausages free of artificial flavours and colours.
