Clarkson and Joondalup among 14 Workskil offices to open to help jobseekers

WORKSKIL opened 14 offices in WA last month as part of an expansion to help 12,000 jobseekers.

The not-for-profit organisation opened store across Perth, including in Clarkson and Joondalup, on March 26.

“This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Workskil Australia,” incoming state manager Hugh Reilly said.

“Workskil Australia has an outstanding national reputation in providing employment, indigenous, youth and disability services.

“The organisation’s fresh and innovative approach to working with employers and jobseekers will be very effective in our local labour market.”

The employment services provider recruited 105 staff in WA ahead of the official start date for its jobactive contracts.

“We want to make a real difference in WA and achieve positive employment outcomes for jobseekers and employers under the government’s jobactive program,” chief executive Nicole Dwyer said.

“Over time, we will also be looking to expand our range of services in WA.”

Workskil Australia’s WA offices are located at Joondalup, Midland, Mirrabooka, Morley, Osborne Park, Clarkson, Armadale, Cannington, Gosnells, Fremantle, Mandurah, Rockingham, Cockburn Central and Geraldton.
