Cuisine pays homage to traditional recipes

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

The new owner of Grand Boulevard Cafe has fourth- generation butchery, fast food and bakery skills from both sides of his family.

Mr Hutton, who hails from Lanarkshire, has incorporated Scottish, Irish and English dishes into his menu as well as the good old Aussie fry-up.

There is homemade square sausage, black pudding, haggis, Scotch pies, tattie scones, potted hough, Scottish bridie, macaroni pies and strawberry tarts on offer.

He uses imported seasonings for authentic taste and a family batter recipe.
