People can have a go at some of the fitness group classes on offer, test out the gym equipment, receive free health checks and advice from qualified health specialists, get involved with indoor basketball or soccer classes and receive a swim assessment.
There will also be things for children including arts and crafts, a bouncy castle, face painting and pool activities.
