HUNDREDS of people are expected to take part in the Wanneroo Business Expo next month.

The August 16 event, organised by the Wanneroo Business Association and City of Wanneroo, will give businesses an opportunity to connect, network and promote themselves.

WBA business liaison officer Lauren Bell said exhibition booths sold out in a week and the 2018 event would be bigger than last year, when more than 660 people registered.

It will include free entry to meet 34 exhibitors, a free lunch and afternoon speed networking session at the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre.
