Sisters SUPA IGA at Lakeside Joondalup became the first WA IGA store to receive the award.

Owners Peter and Cate Brodie were presented with the award at the alliance’s annual global conference in Chicago recently. Opened by the Brodies in 2008, the Joondalup store was selected by an international judging panel which assessed its entry based on innovation and achievements.

It follows the Brodies’ national IGA retailer of the year award last year.

‘Cate and I are delighted to receive this recognition on behalf of all our staff,’ Mr Brodie said.
