Former contestant Josh Catalano, of Catalano Seafoods, will demonstrate a |variety of seafood dishes using the latest kitchen appliances.
Guests will be able to sample the meals and enjoy a matching glass of wine or champagne.
The free event will be held at Winning Appliances in Joondalup on June 16, from 6 to 8pm.
On June 24, the association will host a business and economic forum at Joondalup Resort, giving people the chance to discuss small business policies with local political representatives. Tickets cost $45 and include a two-course lunch.
