Petbarn opens in Banksia Grove

AN estimated 5800 pet owners in Banksia Grove will be able to get supplies for their animals closer to home with the opening of Petbarn this weekend.

The Ghost Gum Boulevard store will hold its grand opening of a grooming salon, cat adoptions, live fish and DIY dog wash on August 24 and 25.

According to the 2016 Animal Medicines Australia Pet Ownership survey, about 62 per cent of Australians owned a household pet, which equates to almost 5800 people living in Banksia Grove.
