Claire Eaton's (pictured) ROC (resilience, optimism and confidence) Teen program has been nominated for best local school aged activity. The former teacher, deputy principal and tutor for 20 years works with 10 to 18-year-olds, parents and schools to help teens be more in control of their thoughts and mental wellness.
