Mr Symond was the first non-banker to be inducted into the Australian Banking and Finance Magazine hall of fame in 2004 and became a member of the Order of Australia in 2002.
He will speak about success and leadership, as well as touching on his views on philanthropy.
‘This event signals that Joondalup can hold its own in the competitive conference and speakers market,’ JBA chief executive Clive Haddow said.
‘Last year’s event was certainly a milestone for the area of Joondalup and we are following it up with more great speakers with great subject matter to share with our local community.’
