Joondalup Resort WA’s best: WA Tourism Awards

The resort won the gold medal in its category at the WA Tourism Awards last weekend.

Resort chief executive Wayne Carroll said the venue hosts more than 400 events during the year from dinners to expos for businesses including Joondalup Business Association, Rio Tinto, Joondalup Health Campus and Edith Cowan University.

“We have long been known as an exceptional golf course but now we have corporate facilities to match this excellence and we are so proud to be named the best business events venue in Perth,” he said.

“This is not only a great achievement for us, but for the Joondalup area which is fast attracting more investment.”

Winners were awarded in 32 categories, recognising outstanding customer service and business excellence.

Joondalup Resort will represent WA at the Australian Tourism Awards in February.
