Wheels in motion to help families

Joondalup personal injury lawyer Jacinta O’Connor said the program was chosen from more than 150 grant applications. ‘Wheels of Hope, the only program of its kind in Australia, has a significant impact on the lives of Western Australian families living with a disability,’ she said.

‘This innovative community group buys and reconditions second-hand vehicles, getting them ready to loan to families in need.’

Wheels for Hope foundation manager Jodie Sparks said the funding would help two WA families to have mobility.
