“With 100 per cent of our fresh meat and 96 per cent of fresh fruit and vegetables sourced from Australia, the store has been designed to also showcase the wonderful seasonality of our produce.”

Features include a pick up service, bakery, fruit and vegetable department, meat, deli and seafood as well as a dedicated international range.

Throughout launch day, the store will have a selection of sampling stations and giveaways, as well as a Peppa Pig meet and greets about 10am, 11am and noon.

On Saturday the centre on the corner of Joseph Banks Boulevard and Ghostgum Boulevard will also have free face painting and kids entertainment from 9am to 12.30pm.
