Treasure Island is the group’s third annual pantomime and will end its 2014 performance season.
Director Christine Evans said this year’s cast and their brightly dressed, over-the-top characters were guaranteed to have the audience in stitches.
‘They all love doing pantomimes because you can be a bit over the top; the characters are larger than life,’ she said.
‘It’s a lot of laughter and a lot of fun and that’s what pantomimes are all about.’
Join Long John Silver, Jim Hawkins and Captain Smollet on November 8, 14 and 15 from 8pm at the Hamersley Community Recreation Centre.
Matinee performances will run November 9 and 16 from 2.30pm.
Children are invited to dress up as pirates for the chance to win a prize.
