The Creative and Therapy Activates group artists entered 32 works in a range of mediums from embroidery to 3D works, paintings and quilts.

Tamar Zuker won the Rosalind Lewis award for her embroidered roses piece and John Larcombe received a certificate of high commendation for his painting The Mango Tree.

CATA executive officer Graham Hope congratulated the exhibition winners.

‘Many of CATA’s developing artists start with basic skills and go on to higher achievement in their chosen field,’ he said.

‘Our artists include people with physical and intellectual disabilities with a passion for fine arts, pottery, woodwork and social activities.’

The exhibition is in its 11th year.
