Dream venue for blues group

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

The launch is a dream come true for co-founders Derek Cromb and Dave Gillam, who wanted a northern venue for blues ‘n roots artists.

‘We are optimistic people will vote with their feet, get up off the couch and come out to hear great live music in a comfortable setting,’ said Derek, who hosts a blues show on community radio 89.7FM.

‘My mate, local blues identity Dave Gillam and I harboured a dream to find a suitable venue up along the northern corridor where we could put the best blues ‘n roots artists up on stage.
