BUTLER father and son musicians Paul and Miles Green have teamed up to form the band, Know Your Enemy, a tribute to American rock band Green Day.
Green Day are one of the worlds most popular rock bands with music spanning more than three decades, including hits Welcome to Paradise, American Idiot and Minority.
Miles (19) is no stranger to the stage as the lead guitarist for Metallica tribute band 4 Horsemen and lead guitarist and principal songwriter for original band Just Pacific.
He recently finished a stint at Crown Perth with ’80s band Stand and Deliver.
Paul has been playing bass for more than 25 years, starting off in punk bands in the UK, the highlight being his band Scraper’s 1996 album Built with Hate gaining four and a half stars in Kerrang! Magazine.

In Perth, Paul has spent the past five years with The INXS Tribute Band and also played in UK Tribute Black Vinyl.
The band’s vocalist Mark Kenny is a full time performer who has travelled the world singing on cruise ships and most recently has been starring at Universal Studios in Singapore.
Drummer Phil Cullen is also no stranger to Perth stages having played in Perth cover bands for more than 15 years including Anthem, Hot Tin Roof and Black Vinyl.
Know Your Enemy aims to capture the sound, look and energy of a Green Day concert with a two-hour live show of hits from Green Day’s extensive back catalogue.
They will perform at The Ashby on Pinjar Road on Saturday, August 10 from 9pm, with doors opening 7pm.
