A MOVIE and markets are planned for an early Christmas event at Yanchep Secondary College this month.

The school P&C will co-host the free Jindowie Movie and Christmas Markets with the estate developer on November 23.

There will be community and artisan market stalls from 3-7pm, performances by students, food vans from 3-7.30pm, a Santa visit and a screening of The Polar Express from 7.30pm.

“It is wonderful to again be able to invite the whole community onto our beautiful school grounds to cap off what has been another busy and exciting for Yanchep Secondary College,” P&C president Carly Nasso said.

“This year Jindowie have generously provided a stage for (college) music and dance departments to perform on.

“Students’ DJing skills will also be on show, thanks to P&C member Mariska Van de Cappelle who kindly offered her time and expertise to tutor interested students.”
