The appearance of a reclining chair at this stop in Kingsway, Madeley, suggests it is experimenting with more luxurious trappings for its users.
However, it’s probably not the case.
The chair, somewhat threadbare but still with its reclining mechanism, was put out on the sidewalk a few days earlier, complete with a footstool.
