Rainbows for Aliyah have raised more than $11,000 in memory of Sinagra’s Aliyah Jenner.

Born with cerebral palsy and diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of two, she passed away 17 months ago. She was eight years old.

Aliyah’s mother Laurenne said she would make the leap during Abseil for PMH for her daughter.

‘My beautiful Aliyah faced so much in her short life and remains my biggest inspiration,’ she said.

‘I’m leaving my comfort zone in memory of Aliyah, all of her friends and all of the kids who face such huge struggles and handle them with such admirable strength, courage and bravery.’

Rainbows for Aliyah held a ladies high tea at Currambine Bar and Bistro last Sunday and raised $759.20.

Some $500 will go to the northern suburbs team with the remainder donated to solo abseiler and close friend of the Jenner family, Nikki Pol (Falcon), who has children being treated at PMH.
