AN adventure playground is planned for a park in Landsdale within the next year.
The suburb has experienced rapid housing development since the 1990s, and Salita estate land sale consultant Mark Johnson it was almost fully developed.
“All homes in the estate have excellent access to a variety of open space areas in the location, including a future central parkland that will feature adventure play equipment and beautiful shaded picnic areas with large retained trees,” he said.
“This park will be created as part of the upcoming stage three and will be constructed within the next 12 months.
“This park is designed to be a community focal point.”
Mr Johnson said demand for home sites had been strong in recent years and there were few blocks still for sale, ranging in size from 375sq m to 700sq m.
