Ashby Auto Masters and Madeley take-away plans out for consultation

ASHBY could get an Auto Masters store, according to plans that are out for public consultation.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions on a proposed change of use at 6 Hollosy Way to allow a service station.

The site is adjacent to the existing Caltex fuel station.

Proposed operating hours for the mechanical repair service would be 7.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays and 8am to noon on Saturdays.

Take-away on the table at Madeley Plaza

MADELEY Plaza could get a South American take-away if a proposed change of use is approved.

The City of Wanneroo has invited public comment on changing the permitted use of a tenancy at 54 Langford Boulevard from ‘shop’ to ‘take-away food outlet’ until May 29.

CF Town Planning and Development submitted the application on behalf of landowner Conpec so it could lease the Madeley Plaza site to O S Dine In and Take Away, which would offer South American cuisine.

The proposed operating hours are 7am to 7pm, seven days a week.
