Resident Tanyia Maxted said the signs appeared to be ‘rammed by hoons’ in Woodvale, Timberlane and Gascoyne drives and Anthea Way.
‘I took pictures of them as I discovered so many in a row,’ she said.
Seven City of Joondalup parking control signs, five Main Roads WA signs and one Public Transport Authority sign were damaged. The City’s signs were repaired on October 14 at a cost of $1000.
Main Roads and the PTA had been notified of the damage to their signs.
The City of Joondalup has recently increased its City Watch presence in the area to deter antisocial behaviour and will work with local police to catch the offenders.
