BALLAJURA Lions Club is sounding sharp after a donation from Cowan MHR Anne Aly.
President Richard Tunmer and members Paul Titheradge and Kaye Scandrett accepted a portable sound system from their local member recently.
Mr Titheradge said Dr Aly noticed their “antiquated record player” while attending the club’s Australia Day breakfast.
“The PA and music machine has capabilities for Wi-Fi, remote microphone and USB storage and will be ideal for many and varied projects Lions are involved in during the year,” he said.
