Bank lends support

With the Currambine school without its own equipment, a parent applied for the Bankwest grant to help buy footballs, skipping ropes, cricket and tee-ball sets and sandpit equipment.

Francis Jordan Catholic School principal Tony Giglia said the grant meant the students did not miss out for long.

‘The $1000 Happy Communities grant from Bankwest has meant that we can get our students back into the playground to enjoy all their favourite sports and stay active and healthy,’ Mr Giglia said.
