A COMMERCIAL development in Banskia Grove is on the agenda of tomorrow’s North West Development Assessment Panel meeting.

The panel will decide whether to grant MGA Town Planners approval for a $32 million development near the corner of Joseph Banks Boulevard and Joondalup Drive, north of the existing shopping centre.

The City of Wanneroo’s report supports the proposal for a Woolworths supermarket, liquor store, gym, various retailers and a town square at the site.
