Be aware during feral animal control

Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

A statement said the annual coastal rabbit and fox control program would take place in March and April in the foreshore conservation reserves stretching from Quinns Road to the Tamala Park bushland and Kinsale Park.

“The program aims to reduce the number of feral rabbits that cause damage to the coastal dunes, bushland vegetation and rehabilitation sites.

“Residents exercising their dogs should keep them on a leash at all times in these areas, or use designated dog exercise areas,” the statement said.
