Bikers Against Child Abuse riding for a cause

Bill MarwickWanneroo Times

AS in all walks of life and pursuits, one size does not fit all, and so, not all motorcyclists are the same.

There are outlaw motorcycle gangs, who intimidate and can deal in illicit drugs; there are Military Brotherhood Bikers – all former or serving Australian Defence Force members – who do great work supporting veterans and their families.

And there are the thousands of normal, everyday bikers, who love the exhilaration of motorbike riding, and then there are BACA Bikers.

Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) exists to create a safer environment for abused children.

The WA Chapter also stands ready to support wounded friends, by involving them in an established, united organisation.

BACA works in conjunction with local and State authorities and according to their mission statement, ‘ever ready to shield and protect children from further abuse’.

BACA is a force for good and a force to be reckoned with.
