The library will have a month of celebrations from the end of next week, with people invited to record their memories in the memory book, look back through a photographic display and book into a birthday party or quiz night.
Then Wanneroo Shire President Mick Nanovich opened the library on July 27, 1974.
The library is in the Percy Doyle precinct off Warwick Road.
