Tyler Brown, Wanneroo TimesWanneroo Times

The City of Wanneroo will provide an additional $200,000 in new funding to the almost $371,000 carried forward for an underground drainage system at Ian Robbins Park, designed to minimise discharge into Emu Lake in Ballajura.

State government grants also will be used, with $181,000 carried forward for the construction of a left-turn lane and upgrade to medians on Alexander Drive, plus $13,000 new to modify traffic lights at Marangaroo Drive and The Avenue junction to stop the right-turn filter.

These will add to the $100,000 carried forward for Alexander Drive and $7000 new for the traffic lights.
