Joondalup Mayor Troy Pickard said the competition encouraged youngsters to explore the beaches, bushland and coastal areas of the city. Photos must be saved to a CD or USB with the photographer’s name, contact number and email address and submitted to the city with a completed entry form, or uploaded to the city’s website.

The competition will coincide with World Environment Day on June 5.
