Gnangara Rd Car wash and Convenience Store Part of Proposal

The North West Metropolitan Development Assessment Panel will consider plans submitted by Rowe Group for owners Hydrox Nominees for the 4.3ha site at 156 and 170 Gnangara Road.

With a hardware store already on the northern portion of the site, the owners propose to add a $3.2 million development, according to the agenda report.

City of Wanneroo staff have recommended the five-person panel approve the plans with 16 conditions when it meets at the City of Stirling offices at 3pm on June 25.

Conditions would include building a 1.8m high noise barrier along Hartman Drive and Mullingar Way, and restricted operating hours for the car wash and lunch bar.
